• Cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date maybe eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in date maybe charged the cost of one night's stay.

• If you do not show up for your reservation without notifying the hotel, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after a cancellation request is approved.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

Early Departure

• If you decide to shorten your stay after check-in, you must inform the front desk. Refunds for early departures are at the discretion of the hotel and may be subject to penalties.
